Voyager Medical - Payment & Returns Policy

  1. Scheduling Fee
    1.  A non-refundable scheduling fee is required when booking an appointment with Voyager Medical. This fee is necessary to secure your appointment slot and covers administrative costs associated with scheduling, coordination, and maintaining our services.  The scheduling fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, but is deducted from the cost of your consultation.  This policy is in place to encourage patients to keep their scheduled appointments.  Missed appointments negatively affect our healthcare providers and deprive other patients of available time slots.
  2.  Consultation Fee
    1. The consultation fee is the cost associated with your travel medicine consultation with Voyager Medical.
    2. Before the consultation, your provider will review your health history and itinerary may recommend you upgrade or downgrade your consultation type in order to best serve your needs. If you agree to the recommended level of consultation, consultation fees will be adjusted accordingly. 
    3. The consultation fee is refundable under specific circumstances:
      1. Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you are eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee or you may simply reschedule.
      2.  Medical Emergency: In case of a documented medical emergency that prevents you from attending the scheduled appointment, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the consultation fee. Documentation from a qualified medical professional will be required.
      3. Provider Cancellation: If Voyager Medical is unable to fulfill your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or provider unavailability, you will receive a full refund of the consultation fee.
  3. Requesting Refunds

To request a refund of the consultation fee under the eligible circumstances outlined above, please contact our customer support team at support@voyager-med.com  or (208) 593-6427. You will be required to provide the necessary documentation in the case of a medical emergency.  Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method used during the appointment booking.

  1.  Rescheduling Appointments

 If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your consultation fee. Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability.

  1. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit both the scheduling fee and consultation fee. We kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
