You will be required to provide the necessary documentation in the case of a medical emergency. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method used during the appointment booking.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your consultation fee. Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability.
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit both the scheduling fee and consultation fee. We kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
